Experienced with ITIL, ITSM, CMMI we are working to develop our own “best of breed” processes and standards of excellence for engineering, development and project management practices. We follow a repeatable process of improvement in order to continually better ourselves and our services. Round pegs don’t fit in square holes without a tremendous amount of effort. Rarely is it the tool that is the problem, we believe in working adoption into the overal technology strategy so that the user community knows how to use the tool and so that the tool, where necessary can be customized to the user.
