Some highlights of our past performance include:
- Lead stand-up effort for new DoD force protection agency from feasibility and requirements determination to IT program definition, strategic planning, budget development, acquisition strategy and implementation to full operations
- Providing a NJ based startup product development and marketing consulting to bring new knowledge management technology to market
- Lead engineering project to design, build and move DoD missile defense agency HQ to new building.
- Performed wide area study and developed plan to reduce costs and increase performance migrating another DoD agency’s WAN to ethernet over SONET implementation
- Providing design, implementation and support for Pentagon’s ChemBioNuclear monitoring network since the initial effort following 9/11
- Assisting the Army Information Management Center (IMCEN) in developing and maintaining service levels and performance requirements
